Janitor Floor Cleaner (5:30pm-11:00pm)

About the Job

This position is responsible for dust mopping, mopping and vacuuming. We'll say that again. You will mop, dust mop and vacuum the entire time you are working in this job. In this job you'll energy and stamina to keep up and get the job done 💪🏾. This position is on a route, which travels by company van to clean 3 buildings each night.

Job Description

Here's what you'll do in this job:

• Provide their own transportation to and from the work site. 
• Properly make and prepare mop water with appropriate chemicals
• Dust mop floors completely including under chairs, behind doors, under desks and moving trash cans leaving no trash on the floor. 
• Use mop to clean all open floor areas including under chairs, behind doors, under desks, beneath trash cans leaving no spots on the floor.
• Vacuum carpet flooring with a commercial vacuum cleaner including under chairs, behind doors, underneath desks and moving trash cans so that there is no trash on the floor.
• Remove bagged trash from the building and place in the dumpster.
• Move with speed and quality.
• Listens to and follow directions from supervisors. 
• Must complete assigned work within the given time.
• Loads and unloads van at each building.

Location

This is a route position. You will leave from our office at 5:30pm and ride on a company van to clean three buildings. You will load and unload the van at each stop.
